Original Danish 1970s Red Dome Metal Pendant Lampshade by ES Horn – Fully Restored

Very retro and very cool, this vintage Danish ceiling pendant shade will be quite the talking point. An original that dates from the 1970s, it’s been restored and tested, ready to be wired into place. The striking, cherry red domed outer shade is partnered with concentric rings which hang just a touch lower. These rings are repeated at the top too meaning that lights shines from both ends.

Description

This original, vintage pendant lampshade is ‘sold as seen’. It is in good – very good, used condition. We have carefully cleaned and fully restored it, ready for it to be wired into place on a ceiling (we would recommend using a qualified electrician to do this). It comes supplied with three energy efficient bulbs.  There are some light marks and scuffs here and there to the red finish, but they are barely noticeable, certainly wouldn’t be when elevated and in position. Although no marker’s label, this is a Danish original imported directly and we attribute this striking design to Horn.
