FREE Local Delivery
We offer free delivery within a 15 mile radius of CB9 7XU. If you are local and would like to opt for this then please get in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

Fast UK Mainland Delivery
We can arrange fast UK mainland delivery, usually within 5-10 days of purchase, with trusted, experienced furniture drivers that we have partnered with for many years. This delivery service covers most of the country, and they are reliable and insured.

We have a weekly collection of pieces and onward delivery to our customers follows 1-4 days after this pick up, depending on the location. We will confirm the delivery date with you.

All our items are carefully wrapped and well-protected for their onward journey. We use as much recycled and recyclable packaging as possible.

You are of course very welcome to make your own collection / delivery arrangements as you may have a preferred driver or require a more specific service. Collection is from Haverhill, CB9 7XU. We will ensure your piece is ready for when they wish to collect.

UK mainland delivery is included in the total price for some of our smaller pieces. This is stated in the product description. These items are sent either via courier or by Royal Mail. We will advise you how your item is being sent and will provide relevant tracking information. We usually dispatch items within 2-4 working days.

The delivery service we can offer does requires some flexibility as the drivers work to pre-planned routes (so we cannot choose a date or book an exact time, for example) but you will be kept fully updated by them directly regarding their anticipated timings.

For Scotland and remote locations, we would ask that you enquire prior to purchase so we can confirm it’s an area covered by our delivery partners. There may well be additional costs for remote addresses.

Our delivery partners will ensure the piece is delivered safely and securely into your property. However, it is not their responsibility to move a piece into position once in your home. Our delivery partners are not insured for this, nor are we, so we recommend you have adequate help for onward manoeuvring, especially if it is a large heavy, item.

We show dimensions for all our pieces so we would recommend you check that you can accommodate a piece before buying, especially if it is a large item, as we cannot take responsibility for items not fitting through doorways or into spaces. If you’d like us to take additional dimensions for you, we’d be very happy to help.
