Description
This is an original, vintage piece that is ‘sold as seen’. Overall, it is in good – very good, used condition. The piece has been checked, thoroughly cleaned and a natural beeswax polish applied to the external wood surfaces to restore shine but otherwise, the finish is original. The upper section features a two level bookcase with sliding glass doors. The shelf inside is height adjustable. The glass doors are in very good order and slide easily in their moorings. The bookcase interior is clean and tidy with just light signs of use, as shown. The lower cupboard has wooden sliding doors and original metal handles. The doors are in great order, sliding easily in their runners, and again, the interior here is clean and tidy. There are light signs of wear and tear to the exterior wood, primarily on the left hand side where there are some scuffs at the top and a faint scratch down the side – please see our photo of this. Overall though, any scratches and chips are minor and what we might expect of a vintage item. It’s very well made with no signs of repair or areas of concern. We have a weekly collection and onward delivery usually follows 1-5 days later. The delivery service we can offer does require a little flexibility as the drivers work to predetermined routes with other delivery obligations, but you would be kept updated.
