Set of Four Vintage Ercol Model 365 ‘Quaker’ Kitchen Dining Chairs
These tall, arched ‘Quaker’ chairs, the model 365 design, are among the most elegant of Ercol’s extensive dining chair range and also some of the most sought after. They were originally produced from the late 1950s through to the mid 1980s. Made from solid British elm and beech ‘blond’ woods with five-spindled backs and a generous seat height, these wider seat models offer much comfort and support round the table. This set is comprised of four regular dining chairs, they date from the 1970s and are in good, original condition.

Description
These are original, vintage chairs that are ‘sold as seen’. They are in good, used condition. They have been checked, cleaned and a neutral wax polish applied and buffed but otherwise their original finish has been left alone as it’s in such great order. They carry light signs of wear and tear, minor superficial knocks and scuffs including what look like pet chew marks on a couple of the legs. Do browse our photos for an accurate representation of their condition. They are solid and sturdy with no wobbles or areas of concern. There is a small inside crack where the back spindle inserts into the hoop on one of the chairs. We have cleaned and added glue to strengthen it and prevent further deterioration.
