A classic eighties piece from the then interiors giant, Habitat. Under the leadership and design vision of Sir Terence Conran, Habitat lead the field for stylish, modern furniture, lighting and homeware, way before cheap and cheerful IKEA were on the scene in the UK. This slab-made, rectangular ceramic vase mixes high gloss deep purple with matt granite grey, separated by a subtle mustard band. In flawless condition, the 1980’s just tips into vintage territory. A fine piece.
