Another absolute beauty from the minds of MCM design power couple, John and Sylvia Reid for Stag furniture. This range is something of a rarity, we believe a short production run in the mid-1950s. It’s expertly designed and superbly crafted in dark walnut with a lighter toned blond wood on the base and legs, creating a striking two-tone effect overall. It comes in its original finish so there are light signs of its age – superficial knocks and scuffs here and there but nothing that greatly distracts from its aesthetic appeal and nothing that affects its usefulness. We have the matching dressing table, acquired at the same point, and we have listed them as a pair at a discounted price.
