Vintage 1960s Elliotts of Newbury Teak Writing Desk Bureau

Neat, efficient vintage bureaus have become popular again in recent years with increased demands for home-working. Less space-consuming than a conventional desk, they can be closed when the working day is done. Bureaus are also great options for kids’ / students’ rooms to help them get organised with a dedicated work station. This 1960’s teak bureau from renowned British furniture maker, Elliots of Newbury, is a beauty and ticks all the boxes for Scandinavian-inspired good looks and original design details – we love that striped, textured drawer front – along with practicality. With three drawers and further storage in the top section, there is a mass of storage.
