Vintage 1970s Swedish Soderbergs Large Black Leather Footstool
Every favourite chair deserves a footstool! This black leather, midcentury Swedish one, made by Soderbergs in the 1970s, is particularly large, big enough to share with other tired ankles or to use as an occasional seat. The top swivels on the weighted iron base and all in all, it’s in fantastic condition.
Description
This original, used piece is ‘sold as seen’. It is in very good, vintage condition. We have thoroughly cleaned it and applied a natural beeswax polish. The original black leather upholstery is in excellent condition and the top swivels on the weighted metal base with ease. There are some minor surface marks and scratches to the cast iron base – please see our photos. The Soderbergs maker’s label is attached to the bottom. P
