Original Vintage G Plan Fresco Long Teak Table Set
A beautiful and practical set of three nesting teak tables by renowned British furniture maker, G Plan. These 1960s teak tables, with solid, rounded teak and afromosia banding and stylish curved legs have that iconic 1960s look, and we love this unusual configuration of a long table with two smaller tables that tuck neatly underneath. A real statement piece for any lounge, they will nestle comfortably by a sofa or lounge chair, or serve as a more conventional coffee table positioned in the centre spot of a living room. The table tops are in beautiful, newly restored condition.
These are original, used pieces that are ‘sold as seen’. The tables are in overall very good, vintage condition. Each has been thoroughly cleaned and the table tops of all three have been carefully restored with sanding, oil and polish. There are some light surface knocks and marks on the bases / legs but nothing to flag and wear that you might expect with pieces of this age. They are solid and sturdy with no wobbles or areas of concern. The G Plan label is affixed to one of the smaller tables, dating the set to 1965-1975. Please see our photos overall for an accurate sense of the superb condition of the tables.
