Original Vintage Danish Brushed Silver Metal Ceiling Lampshade by ES Horn – Fully Restored
We love the steely grey, brushed silver of this pendant ceiling lampshade. It’s a midcentury, Danish, original, dating from the 1970s and was made by ES Horn. With a wide brim and three tiers of shade, throwing a soft glow outwards, it comes with light signs of wear but is otherwise in great condition and would look fantastic suspended over a kitchen table or in a tall open hallway / stairwell.

Description
This original, vintage piece is ‘sold as seen’. It is in good – very good, used condition. We have carefully cleaned and fully restored it with new, compliant fittings and with a generous length of black, fabric-coated, braided flex, ready for it to be wired into place on a ceiling (note: we would recommend using a qualified electrician for this). There are some light marks and scuffs here and there, primarily on the outer rim edge – see our photos – but they are not very noticeable and certainly wouldn’t be when elevated and in situ. This wear and tear is what we might expect with a piece of this age and nature. The Horn marker’s label can be seen inside the shade.
