Midcentury 1970s Danish Brushed Gold Large Pendant Lampshade
A handsome, multi-layered, brushed gold, Danish, vintage, pendant lampshade that’s been fully restored and rewired with a new complaint fitting and a substantial length of white, fabric-coated, braided flex, ready to wire into your home lighting system. A really good-looking, original light fitting in great order, dating from the 1970s, rather reminiscent of a flying saucer… in an entirely good way!
Description
This original, vintage piece is ‘sold as seen’. It is in good, used condition. We have carefully cleaned and fully restored it with new, compliant fittings and with a generous length of fabric-coated, braided, flex, ready for it to be wired in to take pride of place on a ceiling. There are some light dents and scratches to the finish on the metal, along with some minor tarnishing, but this would be barely noticeable when elevated and in situ. This wear and tear is what we might expect with a piece of this age and nature. Sadly there is no maker’s label but it’s a piece imported directly from Denmark.
