Vintage Danish 1970s Matt Green Double Spotlight Floor Lamp – Fully Restored
An original, double spotlight floor lamp finished in a wonderful matt green, it comes from Denmark and dates from the 1970s. The lamp has undergone a complete, careful restoration, rewired and ready for use in the modern home. These authentic vintage lights are sculptural pieces as well as practical.
Description
This original, vintage floor lamp is ‘sold as seen’. It is in good – very good, used condition and has been fully restored with care and expertise. The lamps have been rewired with new black, fabric-braided flex, energy efficient bulbs, floor switch and plug, and it has PAT tested to meet modern regulations. The spotlights can be angled with the screw arm joints, and they can be height-adjusted on the main stem by unscrewing / tightening these arms. As you can see from our photos, the metalwork carries minor tarnishes, small dents and scratches, as does the weighted base, as you might expect with a vintage piece but these are minor and don’t in any way detract from the appeal of the piece. It’s imported from Denmark and dates from the 1970s.
