Description
This original, vintage hall stand is ‘sold as seen’. Overall it is in good, used condition. The piece has been cleaned, inside and out, and a natural beeswax polish applied and buffed on the external surfaces, but otherwise the finish is original. The two outer rotating trio hooks are original however, we have replaced the four individual hooks on the main panel as the old ones were broken or missing. The glove box is in very good order inside and out. There is some ageing to the mirror’s surface but it’s still effective. There are two original floating, metal drip trays. These can be taken out if you intend to use this section for hidden storage, rather than for wet brollies. The external surfaces have some light marks and scuffs which overall is minor – do look through our photos for an true sense of its condition. The Atcraft maker’s stamp is inside the glove box and we believe it dates from the early 20th century. Any queries, please get in touch.
