Description
This is an original, vintage piece that is ‘sold as seen’. Overall, it is in good – very good, used condition. The piece has been thoroughly checked and cleaned, and a natural beeswax polish applied to the external wood surfaces but otherwise the finish is original. There is a height adjustable shelf in the glass-front bookcase. Both glass doors are in very good order, sliding with ease in their runners. The interior and shelf are in good, clean, tidy order with just light signs of use. The left hand cupboard has an adjustable shelf and clean interior too, again with light wear and tear. The door, hinges, handle and closure are all in good order. There are some minor knocks and blemishes to the exterior wood, primarily on the top as shown but we would categorise this as light wear and tear to be expected with a vintage item. Do browse our photos for an accurate sense of its condition. It’s well made with no signs of repair or areas of concern. Sadly there is no maker’s label but we believe it to be British in origin and it dates from the 1960s. Please do look through our photos but if you’ve questions or would like to take a look, please get in touch.
