Made by Hurup Mobler, this sofa design, inspired by Borge Morgensen, never goes out of style. It’s a timeless classic and it will partner well with other midcentury pieces or indeed, seating from different periods. It’s also a really versatile couch for a family space where leather is a hardwearing, practical choice. With generous proportions, this is perfect for sprawling out if you get it to yourself, or there’s room for all even the dog.

Description

This original, vintage sofa is ‘sold as seen’. It’s in very good – excellent, used condition. All eight cushions are in fantastic order with plump inners and working zips. The central back cushion has a small dimple on its surface – please see our photo. In our experience, over time and with use it will even out. It’s not very noticeable nor does it detract from the appeal of the sofa.  The fixed upholstery on the main frame is also in very good order with no areas of concern. Overall the wear and tear is very light / minimal. The frame itself is solid and stable with no wobbles or joint concerns. It’s very well-made from an established, highly regarded Danish furniture manufacturer, Hurup Mobler, and the finishing cloth under the cushions is branded.
