Description
This is an original, vintage piece that is ‘sold as seen’. It is in very good, used condition. We have checked, cleaned and polished this piece, applying a natural beeswax polish to the exterior wood surfaces but otherwise the finish is original. It’s a two part, freestanding piece where the upper section simply sits on the base. Brackets are supplied to attached the top the the base for stability and peace of mind. The upper section features double glazed doors with two adjustable glass shelves inside and a fixed wooden shelf. The doors are in very good order with hinges, handles and closures in good, working order, and the interior is in a clean and tidy too with just very light signs of use. There is an internal light with the wire and plug hidden at the back of the unit so you can chose to use it or not. It has been rewired and PAT tested for compliance. The base is comprised of three drawers all with clean interiors and constructed with dovetail joints. The top drawer is sectioned and all drawers slide easily. There are very minor knocks and scuffs here and there on the exterior wood but nothing to flag. Please do browse through our photos. Alternatively, we can arrange fast, UK mainland delivery with trusted delivery partners who cover most of the country (enquire for Scotland or remote addresses) and are reliable and insured. We have a weekly collection and onward delivery usually follows 1-5 days later. The delivery service we can offer does require a little flexibility as the drivers work to predetermined routes with other delivery obligations, but you would be kept updated. You are also welcome to collect from us either in Haverhill, Suffolk or near Diss, Suffolk and we’re happy to hold pieces after purchase while you consider your options and make collection arrangements.
