Description
This original, vintage bookcase is ‘sold as seen’. It’s in good, used condition. We have checked and cleaned the bookcase inside and out, and applied a natural beeswax polish to the exterior wood surfaces but otherwise the finish is original. The two glass doors slide with ease in their runners and are in very good order. The interior is clean and tidy with light signs of use. There two adjustable shelves inside in good order too. There are some minor scuffs, blemishes and dents to the external finish which can be seen across our photos. We would class this wear as minor and in line with the considerable age of the piece. It’s very well-made, and sturdy with no signs of structural repair or areas of concern. Sadly there is no maker’s label in place but we attribute it with confidence as it’s a well-documented G Plan piece. Do browse our photos for an accurate sense of its condition. Alternatively, we can arrange fast, UK mainland delivery with trusted delivery partners who cover most of the country (enquire for Scotland or remote addresses) and are reliable and insured. We have a weekly collection and onward delivery usually follows 1-5 days later. The delivery service we can offer does require a little flexibility as the drivers work to predetermined routes with other delivery obligations, but you would be kept updated. You are also welcome to collect from us either in Haverhill, Suffolk or near Diss, Suffolk and we’re happy to hold pieces after purchase while you consider your options and make collection arrangements.
