Description
This is an original, vintage piece that is ‘sold as seen’. It is in good – very good, used condition. We have cleaned the piece inside and out, and exterior surfaces have been restored. This involved carefully stripping back the original finish, oil and then a hard-wearing wax polish. The six drawers are constructed with dovetail joints, their original wooden handles and they slide with ease on their runners. They have clean, tidy interiors. If you wish to use as a dressing table with the mirror, two uprights screw easily into place at the back and the mirror simply slots on top. The full width mirror can be angled and the mechanisms for this are in good, working order. Overall, there are minor signs of use and wear in line with its considerable age. Please browse our photos for a good sense of its super condition. The McIntosh maker’s label can be seen on the back of the mirror. Alternatively, we can arrange fast, UK mainland delivery with trusted delivery partners who cover most of the country (enquire for Scotland or remote addresses) and are reliable and insured. We have a weekly collection and onward delivery usually follows 1-5 days later. The delivery service we can offer does require a little flexibility as the drivers work to predetermined routes with other delivery obligations, but you would be kept updated.
