This trio of side tables is a catch. Dating from the mid 1960s, this set was designed by Richard Hornby for Fyne Ladye. There is a long, rectangular ‘mother’ table with two square occasional tables stowed neatly underneath. The overall design is elegant and slimline with slender legs set right at the corners. As you would expert from Hornby, they are crafted wonderfully well in afromosia. These table nests are always useful in main living spaces, to be deployed when additional surfaces are required then tucked away when not in use. Practical and handsome in equal measure.
