Pair of Vintage Folding Teak Garden Deck Chairs
Icons of the beach, sunbathing patio essentials and stalwarts of the 1970’s garden, these retro, striped deck chairs are vintage Brit classics and lots of fun. There might be a brief muddle figuring out how to erect them, but once up, they’re solid and sturdy offering relaxing comfort as you catch som rays. There are four recline settings and overall they are in good order with lots of lounging life left in them.

This pair of old-fashioned, vintage deck chairs is ‘sold as seen’. They are in good, used condition. The chair frames have been cleaned and had teak oil applied. The striped seat canvases have been removed and washed. The joints and folding mechanisms of both chairs are in very good order. The frames are solid and sturdy with no signs of repair. The seat canvas on one chair in particular is a little stained at the front edge (refer to our photo). Sadly we couldn’t remove through washing it ourselves – they look to be stubborn rust stains, perhaps where it has leant against something for years. It’s not hugely noticeable though and would most likely fade out in the sun. You could also easily replace the canvas with new to update the chairs a little. There is no maker’s mark.
