Vintage Danish J Junge Model 580 White Spotlight Floor Lamp

A rare model 580, white enamel and aluminium spotlight floor lamp, attributed to J Junge in stunning condition. Featuring a fully adjustable, ball-jointed arm with a beautifully designed, curvaceous shade, this light showcases the best of iconic Danish midcentury design. J Junge made lamps in Denmark during the 1960’s and 1970’s. It later merged with Vitrika and became Junge & Vitrika. It’s rare to find an early Junge piece like this. It’s been carefully restored, ready to illuminate the modern home.

Description

This lamp is in excellent vintage condition. The spotlight can be height-adjusted on the main stem and has an ball-jointed arm so can be fully rotated. The weighted base and main stem are finished in white. There are some minor scuffs  – please refer to our photos for a good sense of condition. The original model / maker’s sticker is still affixed within the spotlight. The lamp comes fitted with an energy-saving LED bulb,  it’s been rewired with braided flex and has been PAT tested.
