Pair of Vintage 1970s Silver Posable Spotlight Floor Lamps

A pair of elegant midcentury floor lamps, most likely Scandinavian in origin, that make a subtle but striking impression. With a posable top section, they can be angled any which way to get your interior lighting just right. The brushed silver and black spotlights are beautifully simple and unfussy, featuring the original switch at the back. Set the pair together, with intertwined necks to create an impact or set them apart in the room. They will work in any space… bedside lights, lounge lamps, reading corner illumination. They have of course been fully restored and PAT tested so are ready for today’s home.

Description

This pair of vintage, restored lights are ‘sold as seen’. The overall condition of both is very good. The lamps have been gently cleaned and polished. The spotlight heads are a little tarnished and there are scuffs and marks on both (please see our photos) but this is wear we would expect with used, vintage lighting and we don’t feel it detracts from the appeals of this pair at all – these minor ‘aging’ marks are part of their appeal. The stems and bases are in very good order too and the posable section at the top is in excellent, working orders. The lamps have been restored, rewired and PAT tested with new bulbs fitted.
