This is an original, used piece that is ‘sold as seen’. It is in very good vintage condition. The original black leather upholstery has been cleaned and a leather balm applied to add nourishment and protection. It is in excellent condition on the six seat cushions which all have working zips in good order and plump cushion inners. Likewise, the fixed leather upholstery on the main frame is also in very good condition but there is a very small puncture (approx. 5mm) to the leather at the back. The finishing cloth underneath the cushions is also in very good repair with inly very minor marks / fading. There are very minor scuffs and wrinkles on the leather in line with the piece’s age but it’s in overall very good condition. The frame is structurally sound and sturdy and it’s as comfortable as it looks. Refer to our photos to see accurately the condition of the sofa. There is sadly no maker’s mark attached but we can confirm this is an authentic, original midcentury sofa imported directly from Denmark that we believe to have been made by Svend Skipper.
