Compact Vintage Oak Bureau
This little mid-century bureau is unusual… it has a compact and slim-line design with a shallow pull-down writing desk so would be ideal for a child’s room or for a home work station that’s particularly discreet. It dates from the 1960s we believe and although no maker’s mark, we believe it’s British in origin. It’s well made in oak and features a double sliding door lower cupboard with a fixed shelf, as well as pigeon holes for extra storage in the top section. And the pretty brass plate handles and lock comes with the original key!
